Acest amestec se foloseste la carnea fripta de pui si de miel, la prepararea chiftelelor si a kibbeh-ului.

Ingrediente:
o lingura boabe de piper negru, o lingura boabe de enibahar, 5 pastai de cardamom verde, semintele de la, 1/2 nucsoara, o lingurita seminte de coriandru, o lingurita seminte de chimen, o lingura scortisoara macinata, o lingura paprika, o lingura pudra de otetar mirositor (sumac).

Mod de preparare:
Se amesteca si se macina primele 6 ingrediente. Se amesteca apoi cu scortisoara, paprika si sumac.
Se poate pastra 2-3 luni ambalat in containere inchise ermetic.
