Este un amesteca folosit la asezonarea kebaburilor si a mancarurilor din nordul Indiei, in special cele preparate cu unt, smantana sau iaurt.

Ingrediente:
3 linguri pastai de cardamom negru, 4 cm bucata rulou scortisoara, 2 coji de nucsoara, 2 linguri boabe de piper negru, o lingurita cuisoare.

Mod de preparare:
Se scot semintele din pastaile de cardamom (pastaile se arunca). Se amesteca toate ingredientele si se macina cu o rasnita electrica, cat mai fin. Se cerne apoi amestecul. Se pastreaza la adapost de aer, caldura, lumina si umezeala, in containere inchise ermetic.
