Are nevoie de timpi de gatit mai mari, are culoare bruna, aroma si gust de nuca, textura mai dura. Cand este gatit este pufos iar boabele sunt separate, doar daca nu este fiert atat de mult incat stratul exterior se dezintegreaza, caz in care boabele sunt mai moi si mai lipicioase.
