Ingrediente:
500g jeleu de coacaze, o lingurita boia dulce, faina de mustar, o lingura hrean ras, 500g cirese.

Mod de preparare:
Jeleul de coacaze se incalzeste si se amesteca cu boiaua dulce, faina de mustar, hreanul ras si ciresele fierte (fara samburi).
Se serveste rece la fripturi si vanat.
